Goal of the document:

The purpose of this document is to provide you with information about what personal data we collect, how we handle it, from what sources we obtain it, for what purposes we use it, how long we store it, to whom we may provide it and where you can obtain information about your personal data that we process.

What personal data do we process and how do we obtain it?

We process personal data of the event participants and those who are interested in sending the newsletter to the following extent:

• name and surname, telephones, e-mail addresses, billing / delivery addresses

• a photograph or video recording for marketing and promotional purposes.

You give us your agreement to the processing of personal data via the electronic form when registering for the event and by filling in the contact form on the website www.lvibrana.cz or on the website www.communicationasart.com.

We process personal data of the employees, contractors and members of the institute to the following extent:

• name and surname, date of birth, birth number, residential address, delivery or other contact address, telephone, email address,

• other personal data: bank account number, payment data and other personal data arising from a specific contract or by law.

The personal data we process are stated in the employment contract or in the founding documents of the institute.

How do we use your personal data?

Personal data of the event participants and those who are interested in sending a newsletter:

We collect and process your personal data only for the specified purpose and use it mainly for:

• communication with you,

• informing about changes and news in the offer of the institute,

• fulfillment of a legal obligation,

• accounting and tax purposes,

• keeping records of the event participants,

• marketing and promotional purposes within the activities of the institute according to the valid statutes.

Personal data of the employees, contractors and members of the institute:

We collect and process your personal data only for the specified purpose and use it mainly for:

• fulfillment of employment law obligations of the employer, ie the institute,

• activities of the institute according to the statutes.

Personal data for these activities are processed to the extent necessary for the performance of these activities.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep personal data of the event participants and those who are interested in sending the newsletter for a period of 5 years from the date of agreement. Then the data in electronic form is either deleted and the documents shredded, or participants and those who are interested in sending the newsletter are again asked to give their agreement to the processing of personal data.

We keep personal data of the employees, contractors and members of the institute for a period directly determined by legal regulations. Then the personal data is deleted or anonymized.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

In addition to the institute and its members, personal data may also be processed by the third parties and institute partners in order to ensure the purposes described above.

Personal data may be transferred to third parties on the basis of a legal request, which have the legal power to request the transfer of the personal data in question.

• the right to access personal data and to provide other information related to their processing by the institute,

• the right to correct incorrect and incomplete personal data,

• the right to delete your personal data, especially if (a) they are no longer needed for further processing; (b) you have revoked your agreement to their processing; (c) you have legitimately objected to their processing; (d) have been processed illegally; or (e) must be erased in accordance with the law.

• the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if (a) you challenge the accuracy of your personal data until we have verified its accuracy; (b) the processing is unlawful; (c) we no longer need them, but you need the data for the purposes of asserting your legal claims or (d) you object to theiruntil we verify that our legitimate reasons outweigh your interests,
